This course is focused on creating a more mindful and relaxed state while relieving stress and anxiety. The first few sessions will provide much guidance and instruction on keeping your attention focused. As the class progresses, meditations become less guided as you become more equipped and practiced in being mindful. Class sessions will include a variety of different meditations such as eating awareness, body scans, mindful yoga, breathing techniques, and more. Ultimately, this class will serve as a chance to become more attentive, as well as a place to unwind.
