This class is for students of strength who are passionate about skill and performance. Mastery of hardstyle kettlebell principles are highly encouraged because of the advanced level training and techniques practiced in our sessions. This kettlebell-centric class includes active recovery and body weight exercises, flexibility and mobility drills, TRX, core and double kettlebell work. Build endurance and power as you learn more advanced drills and training progressions.
