In this class the focus is on poses,
exercises and strength enhancing moves to increase and maintain the body's
balance. Yoga poses, balance based exercises and light hand weights are
incorporated for a well rounded and challenging class. A chair is
provided to aid in allowing each student to progress from where they are
currently... forward. All are welcome!!
Carrie is a wife, mom, and yoga instructor. She has been teaching group classes for over 15 years. She is an ACE certified personal trainer (since 1995), ACE certified mind-body specialist (since 2013), 200-hour/YogaFaith certified yoga teacher (2015), and a 200-hour/Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (2015).
