The vision of Evanston Parks and Recreation District is to be acclaimed as the most prestigious parks, recreation and leisure service agency in the region by providing an ideal parks system, current active lifestyle programs and modern well maintained facilities, led by a highly trained professional staff and exceptional volunteers who coordinate outstanding services that contribute to a thriving community, creating lifelong memories and a lasting legacy.

Mission Statement:

Recreation and Parks Board Meetings
The Parks and Recreation District Board meet the second Thursday of each month in the Recreation Center conference room at 6:00 pm. Public attendance is welcome.

Golf Course Meetings
The Golf Course Advisory Board meets the last Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at the Club House.
