FLEXICORE - Kathy

Your powerhouse - the core - goes from the top of your legs to your shoulder area. By stretching and working with resistance bands, fit balls, straps and blocks, we build flexibility and strength in our hips, low back, and spine.

HIGH/LOW FITNESS - Lori

Take old school aerobics to the next level with HIIT training, intervals, and cardio with music you love.

MUSCLE FUSION - Nena

Double your calorie burn and define muscle with higher reps and sports conditioning cardio intervals. Sports conditioning cardio intervals paired with all-over and specific weightlifting and core development, using varied equipment.

ROWING - Mandi, Lindsey

A high-intensity full-body interval training class.

WATER AEROBICS - Sara, Caddie, Sam, Lynn

A low impact workout combining muscular strength and endurance with cardiovascular training.

YOGA - ReaAnna, Cami

A mixed level class designed to help increase your strength, flexibility, and balance.

ZUMBA - Amber, Sarah

Featuring exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and

international beats.

SENIOR FITNESS

CHAIR YOGA - Pat

A gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class

cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation,

breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.

 

NIA - Pat

A barefoot fitness class that combines simple dance moves with martial arts and healing arts to provide a total body workout that includes your mind, emotions and spirit.

Qi Gong - Pat

Qi Gong is a gentle exercise that involves slow body movement with mental focus and deep breathing- in order to promote the flow of internal energy.

Qi Gong is an ancient practice of energetic exchange that can “add life to your years and not just years to your life “ (Ken Cohen).

WATER EXERCISE - Sara, Sam, Lynn

A low impact workout combining muscular strength and

endurance with cardiovascular training.

(For 50 yrs. and older. Senior admission rate is only

for those 60 yrs. and older). 

Fee: General admission or pass.

Senior Soak ’N’ Swim

Tuesday & Thursday, 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm.

Fee: No charge 60 yrs and over.
