Fusion classes are total body workouts with continuous elevated heart rate maximizing your caloric burn long after you leave the class.

BODY BURNOUT - Brenna Strength training class that utilizes functional movement to help protect against injury in sports and daily activity. We use a combination of weights And resistance bands to target specific muscle groups. Class includes short cardio segments to challenge and train cardio respiratory fitness.

Dance Fitness - Nikki, Makaylee Join us for a cardio dance fitness class set to today’s hit music. No dance experience required. Just follow along the instructor and expect to sweat! We vary the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure everyone is challenged but also has fun!

Rise & Spin - Gena Start your day off right with a high energy cycling class. This class is designed for all levels, come as you are. It is a great workout to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for a ride!

Sunrise Yoga - Carmen Beginner friendly gentle vinyasa yoga is an intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, spirit and breathing. all are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.

Yoga - Cami A mixed level class designed to help increase your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Chair Yoga - Reaanna A great form of yoga for beginners, or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. perform postures while seated. will assist with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down and up from the floor.

Fit Flow Yoga - Sadie focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. increase your HEART RATE and leave feeling refreshed and energized. The class will start with vinyasa flow and standing postures, progressing into options for a peak pose. It will always be fun and high energy throughout with relaxation at the end.

MovNat - Carmen practice natural movement in an efficient, structured, technical, progressive, and mindful way. beneficial for all to improve their natural movement. you don’t have to be fit to move, you just have to move to be fit.

Beginner Modern dance - Jessica Creative and cathartic expressions through music and movement. we will do technique and learn a new combination/ short dance across the floor, come join the fun!
